Senior's Ministry
Become a PartnerAbout our Senior's Ministry
Of all the changes our seniors have seen in this life, the love of Christ remains the same; who is the same today, yesterday, and forever. The Bible says, “Even to your old age and gray hairs, I am he who will sustain you.”
This promise to older adults moves our hearts into senior ministry and drives us to pray with them and minister the word to them.
The need is great, and the harvest plentiful.
It falls to the younger members of the body of Christ to remind our dear seniors that the love of Christ is with them, has always been with them, and will always be with them from everlasting to everlasting.
The scripture that drives our senior ministry
Isaiah 46:4
Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
1 Timothy 5:3-4
Give proper recognition to those widows who are really in need.
Exodus 20:12
Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you.
Acts 20:35
In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
In faith, we stand in the gap.
We agree in prayer for all we minister to and pray for at the Oasis Nursing and Rehabilitation facility. We pray for the Lord to wipe their pain away with his gentleness, loneliness with his peace, fear with his love, and persecution with his deliverance.

A Prayer With Mr. K
I began my ministry at the Oasis Nursing And Rehabilitation Center with a room visit, an all-to-short room visit. For his privacy, I will call the first man I prayed with, Mr. K. Even in his old age, I could see, as he lay on the bed quietly looking out the window,...
